Joshua set up the company after noticing the strain on the medical sector during nightlife hours. Having worked in healthcare and private first aid for many years, Joshua set up Midlands Nightlife Medical with an aim to increase nightlife safety and lower the strain on public bodies

Jessica Shipley
Jessica joined the team at the start, sharing the same vision as Joshua and wanting to bring the company to life. Coming from multiple years of business study, Jessica leads the team as COO, managing the team as well as new enquiries. She manages team coordination, staff organisation, client communication, and operational planning while helping maintain the high professional standards the company is built upon.

Dr Tina Newton
Dr Tina Newton serves as the company's Chief Medical Officer, providing clinical oversight and training to all staff. Currently working as an emergency department consultant, Dr Newton has vast experience in common issues the team faces when operating, including: intoxication, overdoses, and injuries.

Prof Russell Beale
Professor Russell Beale, currently serving as the Chief Technical Officer, serves to ensure the company can operate efficiently, safely, and scale professionally. Bringing expertise from the University of Birmingham, Prof. Russell has experience in the technical operation of the business and business infrastructure.
